Olea Academy was founded in Istanbul in 2019.
Olea Academy provides services in the areas of Professional Coaching and Training, both for individuals and organizations, with the aim of helping individuals and organizations discover their potential and reach their highest level of potential.
For individuals, professional coaching services, executive coaching, team coaching, career counseling, and personality & competency analysis services are offered.
For organizations, consulting services in recruitment, human resources, and training; organizational climate and training needs analysis; professional coaching, training, and organizational games are offered.
Olea Academy also provides consulting services based on objective data in the field of personality analysis, corporate loyalty, and competency analysis with its different products and authorized consultancies in different service areas.

1. Education and Career History
Derya Çorbacıoğlu, a graduate of Istanbul University's Faculty of Economics, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, has served as a Congress Director at international corporate firms throughout her professional career spanning over 25 years.

2. Professional Experience and Achievements
During this period, he managed hundreds of conferences, dealer meetings, product launches, concerts, and special events reaching over 50,000 participants; he successfully collaborated with over 500 companies. Among the strongest competencies he has acquired throughout his career are crisis management, decision-making processes, stakeholder relations, and team dynamics management.

3. Coaching and Education Journey
Derya embarked on her journey to become a Professional Coach and Trainer in 2018, combining these aspects of organizational development and human interaction with a holistic perspective, and founded Olea Academy. Today, she offers training, consulting, and coaching services in professional coaching, leadership development, communication, and change management for individuals and organizations. She also conducts consulting work in human resources processes through individual and organizational analysis.
