The workshop, designed with an interactive approach, addresses the topic of mentoring, what these skills entail, and how we can integrate them into our existing competencies through ample practice and experience. Participants will understand the new generation of students through the mentoring model content on the path to the goal and, through ample practice and experience, will be able to add this model to their teaching skills.
