Student Career Aptitude and Personality Analysis
Career planning is a plan for how an individual will manage their professional life, starting from the school choice period and extending through to retirement. At Olea Academy, we work with all age groups, identifying the alignment between the student's talents and interests to provide accurate guidance. Using the CharacterIX Personality Analysis, which is integrated with the ÖSYM Guide, we provide objective reports showing which university departments the young person is suited to, and we enhance the process with coaching support when necessary. This service is used by parents, teachers, and guidance counselors to support career choices that match the young person's strengths.
