Your data is processed for the purposes of responding to your request, providing information/offers, and managing requests/complaints, within the scope of KVKK m.5/2-f (legitimate interest) and, where necessary, m.5/2-c (establishment/performance of a contract). Marketing communications are only sent if you give your explicit consent.

For these purposes only, your data may be transferred to our hosting and email/IT service providers. Data is not transferred abroad/[if it is: only with your explicit consent].

Retention Period:
Communication requests are stored for a maximum of 2 years (or the statute of limitations period under relevant legislation) for the purposes of completing the process and fulfilling proof obligations; they are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized upon expiration.
