This training program, designed to develop effective leadership in the workplace, aims to turn our managers into leaders. Participants will discover and apply what leadership and management mean, different leadership styles, the skills and characteristics of a good leader, their own leadership potential, the impact of a leader on motivation and performance, and their roles as leaders and areas for development within that.
