Stress Management
The purpose of the training is to increase participants' personal well-being in their work and private lives. The training content covers the definition of stress, signs, warnings, and symptoms of stress, the effects of time and change, key points of stress management, and stress-relieving techniques. By the end of the training, participants will gain awareness of the factors that cause stress in their lives and learn techniques to manage stress in the workplace and in their personal lives, thereby developing their ability to cope with stress.
